Panerai launches the new Luminor Luna Rossa watches inspired by the 38th America's Cup

The prestigious Swiss watchmaker Panerai has announced the arrival in Venezuela of its most recent creations: the Luminor Chrono Flyback Luna Rossa PAM01654 and the Luminor Luna Rossa PAM01653. Both pieces, inspired by the 38th edition of the America's Cup and by the partnership with the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli sailing team, represent the best of high performance watchmaking applied to sailing.

The Luminor Chrono Flyback Luna Rossa PAM01654, a limited edition of just 150 pieces worldwide, has a 44 mm titanium case notable for its strength, lightness and elegance. It is driven by the automatic P.9100 calibre, Panerai's first with a flyback function, allowing the chronograph to be reset with a single press. The piece offers a 72 hour power reserve and a bold design with a grey sandwich dial, red details and the Luna Rossa team emblem, together with a two material strap with a red stripe and an additional black rubber strap.

The Luminor Luna Rossa PAM01653, meanwhile, opts for a more restrained, casual aesthetic that is no less powerful. Its AISI 316LVM stainless steel case and minimalist grey dial make it an ideal piece for daily wear. It is fitted with the hand wound P.6000 calibre, with a three day power reserve and a stop seconds function for high precision adjustment. This model also comes with two interchangeable straps and keeps the Luna Rossa visual identity in its design.

Both watches are water resistant to 100 metres and have undergone pressure testing above the standard, guaranteeing reliability in demanding conditions.
