What we collect
- What you send us: name, email and the text of your message when you use the contact form or write to us.
- The email address you leave if you subscribe to the newsletter.
- Technical data generated by any visit: IP address, browser type, approximate country and page requested, logged by our infrastructure provider to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
What we use it for
We do no advertising profiling, we do not combine your data with third parties, and we neither sell nor rent personal information.
- Answering your message and following up on what you raise.
- Sending you the newsletter, if you subscribed, until you decide to unsubscribe.
- Keeping the site available, secure and reasonably fast.
Who processes it
These providers process data solely on behalf of NotiCorp and under their own security and international transfer commitments.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting, delivery network and protection against abuse.
- Resend: delivery of contact form messages to our mailbox.
- Google Workspace: our corporate email, where your message ends up.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept as long as they are useful to the editorial or commercial relationship, and deleted once they are not. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for short periods under the infrastructure provider’s policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and to unsubscribe from the newsletter, by writing to redaccion@noticorp.com. We reply within a reasonable time and at no cost.
