Farmatodo Sambil La Candelaria opens its doors

Committed to offering the best service to its customers, Farmatodo continues to expand its presence across the country, opening its 177th pharmacy in Venezuela, named El Ávila, located

on the Andrés Bello level of the Sambil La Candelaria shopping centre in the Libertador municipality of Caracas, demonstrating its commitment to being closer to its patients, customers and communities.

The company continues to contribute to the country's economic growth and to serve its customers with excellence and innovation. Its new El Ávila pharmacy has the infrastructure and design that characterise the chain, guaranteeing comfort, signage, lighting and the best setting across 659 square metres, making it the third largest Farmatodo in the metropolitan area.

Pharmacy number 177 will offer all of Farmatodo's characteristic services: the Cuidamos Tu Salud programme, free injection service, preparation of compounded medicines, the Scan and Go payment module, Farmatodo home delivery and free WiFi for customers, with all the comfort, safety and confidence of having a Farmatodo closer to you.

Among the innovative elements, the site has more than 55 square metres of internal planters with natural greenery for a fresh look, along with refreshed design in the pharmacy and beauty areas, highlighting the baby, personal care, dermocosmetics and health categories. All of this forms part of the expansion and refresh plan the company began in August 2021, which has covered the renovation of 11 pharmacies and the opening in Jardines del Valle in July this year.

To mark its opening, Farmatodo El Ávila will offer a 20 per cent discount across all categories, excluding food and drink, from Wednesday 30 November to Saturday 3 December. There will also be activities for customers to welcome them to this new space.

With 104 years of history in Venezuela, the company continues to grow and innovate to meet the needs of the Venezuelan family and improve their lives in wellbeing, health and beauty, making it the leading chain of pharmacies and self service stores in the country.
