Renata brought fun and cheer to the Juntos Crecemos mental health day

With the clear aim of sowing wellbeing and addressing emotional needs in schools at first hand, a new edition of Juntos Crecemos, a corporate responsibility initiative without precedent in the country, was held on Friday 15 May. The event took place at the Fe y Alegría school in La Vega, Caracas.

Driven by the well known journalist María Laura García, director of the A Tu Salud communications platform, and in partnership with CECODAP, the project aims to reach some 1,000 Venezuelan families during 2026 through free, comprehensive sessions addressing critical problems such as anxiety, bullying and mental health at home.

As a key part of that structure, Renata joined other companies in taking an active role in the La Vega session, showing that social commitment can also be celebrated by bringing happiness. The brand supported the technical viability and live broadcast of the radio programme A Tu Salud La Revista, turning the school playground into a genuine festival of wellbeing. At its eye catching stand, pupils, parents and guardians enjoyed the Renata wheel, an interactive activation full of prizes and games that generated thousands of smiles. The high point of the day came to the rhythm of the catchy jingle "All of Venezuela knows the wafer is Renata's", a campaign that echoed around every corner of the school. The excitement multiplied with the visit of the brand's much loved characters, Chocolatín and Wafertina, who filled the space with games and fun and became the focus of every photograph and of the special broadcasts streamed live on digital platforms.

Juntos Crecemos combines the rigour of psychological care with a showcase of positive visibility for its partners. Each of these sessions receives broad national radio coverage through the FM Center network (La Romántica 88.9), as well as on the @atusalud digital platforms, so that the message of prevention and mental health travels beyond the classroom and reaches thousands of Venezuelan homes.
