Enrique Norten's 2000 Ocean transforms Miami's north coast

Hallandale Beach, with its pristine strip of white sand and palm trees, is the setting for 2000 Ocean, a modern 40 storey glass building and private residential enclave that will offer its residents a sublime landscape and a unique way of life.

The 2000 Ocean project, conceived by the Mexican architect Enrique Norten, will offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway and beaches stretching to the horizon. The elegant luxury tower sits a block and a half north of Golden Beach, bathed in light from dawn to dusk and closer to the sea than any of its neighbours.

This vibrant coastal community of Hallandale Beach is an area in the sights of many developers, given its privileged location for new investment opportunities in Florida. Numerous commercial and residential projects have opened and others are under construction, changing the face of an area still to be discovered, north of Miami.

The modern boutique building, synonymous with prestige and quality, will house 64 families and is being developed by the well known property investment and development firm KAR Properties LLC.
